Dear Parent,
The birth of your child was an exciting time for you. Before you know it
your paternity/maternity leave with be ending. While this too is exciting, it
also brings with it the dilemma of finding quality child care. That is
where we would like to help you. Attached you will find information about
the Infant Care Services that will help put your mind at ease as you
contemplate your return to work.
Please keep in mind that finding the ideal child care worker can take some
time. Therefore, the sooner you let us know your plans the sooner we can
get to work for you. In the meantime, consider carefully the attached
information pages as well as the type of care you want for your child and
rest assured that “Infant Care” will do their best to find you quality
“child care with a difference”.

We
are a private licensed home daycare service
·
We
place your child in a home close to where you live
·
We
supervise that home on a regular basis
·
Maximum
we allow up to four full-time children, under 5 years of age, including the
Infant Care Workers own children.

Parent
provides food until the child is off the bottle and onto table food
·
Parent
supplies diapers, creams, etc. needed to change the child
·
Child
care available from 7 am - 6 pm, Monday - Friday. No evenings, weekends or
statutory holidays
·
Fee
includes equipment needed, i.e. playpen for child to sleep in, high chair,
infant seat, safety gates, etc.
·
Double
strollers are provided if we place 2 children under the age of two in one
home
·
Substitute
service is available if your Child Care Worker is sick or unavailable
·
Fees
are for calender months, regardless of the number of weeks. Tax receipts
are issued
Please
note: Our Infant Care Workers are very carefully screened, they must have
excellent references. They must have age appropriate toys and books.
We do not place any of our children in apartments. All of our homes must
have NO SMOKING. Pets are questionable, depending on the size and kind of
pet.
